Only occurs at that low speed, it doesn't just get less at higher speeds?

Thank you for the chart!! The vibration started after we hit a pot hole so we went to Les Schwab and found out one of the tires has a broken belt so we bought new tires had everything mounted and balanced and it did not do it for like a week then it came back:-( I took it to my mechanic and he inspected everything in the front and found nothing broke or bent my husband was positive it was a axle but nothing appears to be bent and nothing broken so our mechanic is also stumped I don't want to just start replacing everything and find out that was not it. When it start's to vibrate I let off the gas and it stops maybe it will start again and maybe it wont.
