Yes, we have driven the car quite a bit. No change to trifecta.

Yes, brake light is red. I haver not noticed is any other colour.
4X4 light is orange, Brake light is red and ABS light is orangs. All three have been these colours for some six months now (with the Actuator replaced about 4 months ago). |

310 is a reasonable scanner but is it bidirectional?
Foxwell 5x0 will reset TC. What are the actual errors?

Was the transfer case actuator new or used? A used one probably has a bad gear in it too. Open up the old one.
