Smile DME Ignition Activation codes on all cylinders throwing SES light
Hi there,

2005 3.0 with 120k. Recently replaced spark plugs and coils. Getting an intermittent SES light with codes for “activation, ignition” on all 6 cylinders. Also simultaneously getting “error-ign current measurement at more than 2 cylinders” and “trimming oxygen sensor before cat bank 1”

Where do we begin?
