vibration absorber?
I looked on Realoem and found a vibration absorber for the E53's 3.0, 4.4. and 4.6. I personally haven't looked for one on my new to me 3.0i, but it's probably there. Here's how it's listed for the 4.6is:
18301437555 Vibration absorber From:06/01/1998 To:- Weight:1.350 kg Price:$64.62
