what bothers me the most is that the engine must be at 90 degrees (at operating temperature), what is the connection with that

There are a lot of inputs into the HVAC controls. On mine the blower won't run until ECT is avout 50c when calling for heat. (which makes perfect sense and one of my favorite things about my car).
If you are only measuring the freon pressure that won't help you figure out if the clutch is being called on. You should get the likes of foxwell (biddirectional) scanner so you can command on the AC etc to help find the problem. The thought I have is that the variable compressor is getting stuck in neutral (clutch engaged but set to not compress) causing b your symptoms. It comes up pretty frequently on XO.

A scanner that can read BMW codes including INPA (which is cheapest but most clumsy solution but most powerful) is a requirement for DIY your own BMW.
After a month of research I picked the foxwell NT-510. They have come out with 520 and 530 since. I'm pretty sure the 520 is nearly the functional equivalent but the 530 I've heard reasons to stay away.

Can anyone help me? So, the car has to be at operating temperature (90 degrees) and then I have to give a little more gas once (over 3000rpm) and then the air conditioning compressor and aux fan turn on. While the car is cold (below 90 degrees) and I give more gas (over 3000rpm) the air conditioning compressor and aux fan will not turn on. So both conditions must be met for the air conditioning compressor and aux fan to turn on
The air conditioner is filled with the appropriate gas. I tested the aux fan by disconnecting the high pressure sensor (on the air conditioning pipe) and then the aux fan turns on at maximum speed, so I don't think it's a problem. I tried to switch the air conditioning panel from another car and it behaves the same. It does not show any climate fault code on the diagnostics Under the hood where the DME module and relays from the air conditioning compressor and the rest are, I have a cable with two wires that is cut and I don't see where it should be connected, so I don't know if that's a problem Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

How did you confirm proper charge on the freon?
The only way really is to measure high/low pressure when you get it running. Once you rev high enough when warm will it start running even at idle? Scanner that can activate the AC clutch is almost a necessity for this diagnoses.

we filled 440g as it says to go into the system. When the air conditioning compressor turns on and the aux fan cools really well (as it should). Once I activate it (when the engine is at operating temperature and I give gas over 3000rpm) then as long as the engine is hot I can turn the air conditioning on and off at the push of a button without giving more gas. Example: I activate it once and stop at the store, turn off the engine and after 15 minutes start the engine, the air conditioning continues to work without problems. Or I drive a car with the air conditioning on and it gets cold, I turn off the air conditioning on the button and after 30 minutes I turn on the button again without any problems and continue working. So once activated it can be used without any problems while the engine is hot.
Through my universal diagnostics I can activate the clutch from the air conditioning compressor for 15 seconds and a click is heard under the hood Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

With the activation click do you feel cold air when engine is cold?
We are trying to determine if the HVAC is engaging the clutch but you get no cold or does it simply not activate the clutch. If you can activate with your scanner, you can compare when temp is up to speed. Did you say you already replaced the ECT sensor? If like most motors I suspect it's two in one and one is not working right.
