The codes suggest a fuel issue.

Possible failure points that might be the actual problem are: soft failing fuel pump (under the right rear seat) ; fuel pressure regulator, which is built in to the fuel filter.
It is entirely possible that your car is still on its original fuel filter at this point.
One more easy debugging check, since you have so many fuel related codes - does anything change when the fuel tank is full vs. near empty?
