Attn: Supercharged X5's | Need Main Serp Belt Part Number
I'm ordering parts to do the ole' timing chain job on my 2002 4.6is Supercharged Dinan X5. The main serpentine belt has no readable markings on it. Does anybody have the part number - or can someone direct me on how to find the right one? Thank you!

That was my next stop, figured they dropped support since it's been 20 years. Thank you!

FYI, I've found aramid lined belts to be best. I've thrown 3 SC belts in my ownership before landing on the aramid. Have this one installed at the moment and it's doing well. DAYCO 5060595

Dinan used to just use a NAPA belt and charge double for it. I doubt anything has changed. Cancel the Dinan order and save yourself $25

Wrap a string around the belt routing, pull it taut and tape it together. Cut through the tape, then measure the length of the string. Go to your local friendly auto parts store and buy a few belts in sizes a few down from what you measured to account for tension. Test fit them starting with the biggest and move down until you find one that fits snug with good tension
