Beyond the issues you mention (bad BST and ALC issues) you have a couple of other matters that need attending to: -

1. Glow plugs (and controller) - all six are reporting faults. This could be because all six are faulty but it's more likely that the controller is faulty. Replace them all/both.

2. Is your EGR removed/disconnected? You have a fault code for that too.

3. Your Auxiliary heater (Webasto) is reporting a fault. Maybe it is also disconnected? These are worth keeping in good running order - they help the engine heat up faster on cold mornings (like on mine here this morning!).

1. I will get the glow plugs and controller ordered.

2. I removed the EGR. Is there a way to tell the ecu that it's removed?

3. My Webasto has never worked and I've never touched it. I don't have a clue how to diagnose/fix it! Which module code is this in the list? (Is there a list of what they all mean somewhere?)

These issues and the fact that my thermostat was stuck open for a year goes some way to explain my awful mpg in the cold!

Any idea about the other stuff?
