I could get some hub centric rings, and that should work on my '01 (assuming that the 5x4.75 bolt circle would be close enough). But, I have a feeling that I'll not get new tires anytime soon (however, I have to get new valve stems, as I have a recurrent problem with leaks, though I've re-cored all stems at least twice).
Would that bolt circle work? I dig those black Cragars but according to their website they don't make a 17" 5x120mm version. Seems that would be a tiny bit smaller than 5x4.75.

1/32" difference. I used to race and work on race cars a lot, and I saw aftermarket or junk-yard-sourced 120mm wheels being used on 4.75" hubs (and vice-versa). We had mostly Chevy street cars (90% started out as early Chevelles, Novas, and Camaros) that were slowly transformed into full dragstrip cars, and their owners used whatever wheels would fit, as we were mostly working-class weekend racers. Of course, dedicated drag cars in the higher classes needed special wheel studs and would get better, stronger, lighter wheels, mostly by Weld Wheels.

Here's a post that visualizes the (not-very-much) difference between the wheel pattern sizes: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/whee...-vs-5x120.html

andrewwynn will become famous soon enough
Closer to 1/78" difference. Have to compare radius to know how far off center. I've known more than one person to swap the main consideration is the type of lug either spherical or cone. Make sure to use the correct one. I personally would have no problem with a lug built that had to lean over 0.3 mm.
