As you well know condensation runs out of a tube top of the trans...I always notice it when driving and stopping in the city a puddle on the ground.
So what do you think about this theory...
If I'm on the highway at highway speeds could the wind force be pushing that condensation back up the tube?
Maybe I'm thinking  too much tho.

No it wouldn't push the water back up the tube, but the faster you go the stronger the vacuum created on the open tube.. (delta-p) Bernoulli's principle
