Finally got the used trans in with a bunch of other work done too. Now with both the original and the selector switch that came with the trans it will go into R and then disappear on the cluster with no failsafe errors and the wheels stop spinning. If you wiggle the shifter R will return and the wheels will spin again. If R disappears on the cluster I can sometimes wiggle the shifter or slightly move it a hair towards P ans it will return. The cable has been adjusted and checked multiple times but stuck on this right now. Same symptoms with N. If you drop it down to D and back to R it usually stays lot and everything is functional but if you start at P the issue returns. The console light also appears as if the cable needs is out of adjustment but pretty sure it has been adjusted properly. Check the attached videos and please share any ideas which would be greatly appreciated! When in gear the trans worked pretty well for the short drive to put gas in it so far.
