Whats the catch ?

OK, I have recently enquired about tyres at my local garage. I wasn't surprised to find that my 315/35/R20 W Tyres where £310 each (Michelin Diamaris) But when looking on www.mytyres.co.uk I can get Toyo Proxes for £163.80 + fitting !!! Is there a catch, are the Toyo's worse/better that the Diamaris ??
