I've seen a thousand times worse at least those badges still belong to an X5. I've seen Hemi badges on minivans, SS badges on GMC trucks etc. I once saw a E750 on a W124, and the 750 emblem was from a beamer.

I brought this back from the dead because it seems the most apropriate place to post what I saw today.
A beautiful/shiny black 5 series with a flame decal on the fender behind the front wheel (sorry no pic). And I'm not talking about a flame paintjob, but a red, orange, and white flame sticker that you might have put on a composition notebook or lunchbox when you were 12. At first I couldn't decide if I wanted to post about it because it certainly makes me look like a snob - but I guess that's what I am. For the life of me I can't understand doing this to a beautiful car.

I remember seeing a Mitsubishi with Mercedes and AMG badges in the Dominican Republic. Of course, that was nowhere near as obnoxious as people hooking their car alarms into the horn ... super annoying starting at 6am in the morning!

A person in my neighborhood bought a Honda civic hatchback and it had BMW badges all over it. Even had a euro plate on the front.
