That sucks. Shouldn't make any difference at all. If they are correct, why do other cars come with a compact spare tire???? All BS!

4.8 does not have the std style 57 17" spare and its not an alloy either. Its a plain iron wheel painted white and is bigger than 17" wheel.

The 4.8 has aq stell wheel for a spare. That is really weird. i wonder why. Well what size is it. Is it 18 inch. I know it cant be 20 inch. Because i tried to fit one and it doesnt fit.

the 4.8 has 14" rotors up front. Won't clear the 17" donut. But since you have a 4.4, that should matter whatsoever.

It looks like a donut. I checked becasue I was curious at the dealership. The tires are super thin. I think it was like 6 inches.
