Metallic Black? Help!

Guys,
I have a metallic black 05, sweet color, but a pain to keep clean. Marks shows up everywhere. I took my car to local self car wash and the brush that they had probably wasn't too soft. I ran my hands throught the brush a couple of times and it was one of the softest ones' I have been to. But after the wash on one of my doors I discovered small scratches, hair line thin. On normal color cars you probably won't see it; but on this black, it shows more then ever.

Can anyone recommend a product to remove these scratches? It looks like it can be buffed out, but I don't have a buffer. What is the best way or do I need to seek a professional detailer?

And how or where or what do you guys use to clean this color cars? It seems black is so senstive to everything. Even drying towels seems to leave marks!
