Those mud flaps look to me like they are part of the flares, I like them.

I have always liked how the running boards help tie in the wheels with the overall paint scheme. Nice X!

Don't have a clue. I assumed they were universal aftermarket mud flaps modified and attached to the flare so they followed the contour of the wheel well.
