just an update, I just came back home(I was in Toledo Ohio when it did happen) I plugged my OBD II the code is P0443 which is purge valve C fault.
the interesting issue here, I have the same problem with purge valve every summer in my 97 RR, now I am having it in MY X5  The question is how many purge valve are there in X5, my RR has only one, the OBD reading is Purge valve C.
