No post in a while...

Hello fellow members!! I just wanted to post as I have not done so in a while. I fell victim to the "post when I need something" status, and I haven't needed anything for quite some time. This forum is the best around for the X5, and the information and people on this web site are phenomenal!

So, time for my contribution! You guys remember I posted pics of my X with the H&R springs and the Breyton Type 7s? Well I had also purchased brake upgrades. The brake warning light came on last month and I had "most" of the upgrades installed, but I went to BMW without an appointment so they put on what they could between customers with real appointments. So, I have the cross drilled, slotted zinc plated rotors put on the front with Axxis deluxe metal master pads all around. I have another date (appointment) with BMW Friday for the rear rotors. Sometime Saturday I will post the pics! Also, I want you guys to check out a friend of mine here in Germany. He a real innovative kat with ideas without bound. He is currently in love with Mercedes and has dedicated a lot of time to them with his new kits, but after you check the site you'll see it was time well spent. He was my source for my wheels and gave me a great price. Check www.asma-design.com and let me know what you think. I mention this because he was thinking of making performance upgrades and kits for BMW as well, and I wouldn't mind contributing to the cause for certain fringe benefits
