Hi fiber46is, have been on hollidays. I´ll try to make next two days but I already can say that the x pipe sounds ten times better when engine is wam up(very powerful sound indeed) while cold the sound is not so pleasant and is less refined.

I´ll make a video while cold and after warm up, I believe the diference will be noticed even on video.

Sound is slightly different, with a deep growl at idle and while accelarating you can hear a ponouced bass sound, I just love it. When I got home, stayed inside the garage playing with accelarator the sound is great, I don´t know why BMW does not make it like that from standart.

The X pipe was made by some exhaust pro guys, fit and finish look fine.Here´s some before and after pics.

I'm looking at the magnaflow x-pipe, what size do I need for a 3.0 model? Is 2.25" the correct size??
