Yeah, not too pleased with Umnitza right now...
I ordered my Projector 46 lights from Umnitza on April 17th.... I waited two weeks or so and I hadn't heard anything so I e-mailed them. They said they'd look into it. I heard nothing. Last week I e-mailed them again and he said he had lost my order number so I sent the confirmation e-mail to them. I never heard from them again. On Saturday I was fed up so I sent a really strong e-mail and I sent them my entire confirmation e-mail. TODAY I got an e-mail back saying their system never notified them of the order... Sure... So, that means my lights are shipping today, nearly a month after I ordered them.
