6-series ACS type IV on X5 4.4 does not work

I am thinking of buying a set of used 20" (9" and 10") AC Schnitzer type IV wheels originally mounted on a 6-series, for my std X5 4.4 is, but am a bit concerned about the offset difference.
According to my calculations (base on ACS and Swedish distributor spec's) , fiddling with spacers or not, the front wheel would stick out 7 mm compard to ACS std X5 setup, rear would extend 10mm.
Compared to OEM typ 87 wheels, it would be +30mm front and +17mm rear outstick.
I have no flares or nothing, so I wonder if someone with a standard 20" OEM 87 set would help me estimate what it would look like with these ACS wheels?
Do I need to plan for 4.6 or 4.8 flares too?
I just love those rims so I hate to miss this opportunity.

AC Schnitzer supply the Mark IV racing wheel not the light alloy for the X5 with 9 and 10 in twenty inch front and rear respectively. They provide an offset of 35 on the front and 23 on the rear to fit a standard ie non flared arch.

The Adaption kit for the front is Part Number - 361342120
The adaption Kit for the rear is Part Number - 361342130

These numbers are the ACS listed part numbers, I think BMW use there own numbers but use the last three of the ACS number.

Anyway these are the designed offsets recommended and supplied by ACS.

Thank's legion, I had got my offset figures mixed up.
So, if the front wheel has an offset of 35, and I subtract the spacer thickness of 7, I'll get a total recommended offset of 28 mm for the front.
Rear rim offset is 23, minus spacer 10 equals total recommended offset of 13 mm for the rear wheels.
If I compare that to the 6-series wheels (according to the ACS brochure), I get a wheel offset of 15 front and 13 rear without spacers. That would give me perfect fit at the rear (13 vs 13), and 13 mm too little offset front (28 vs 15), meaning the wheel would protrude 13 mm more than recommended in front. Anyone think that will be a problem ???

The ACS Type 4 wheel sizes are as follows:

For a 645i -
9.0J X 20.0" ET 15 Front
10.0J X 20.0" ET 13 Rear

For an X5 -
9.0J X 20.0" ET 35 Front
10.0J X 20.0" ET 23 Rear

You need 20 mm spacers in the front and 10 mm spacers in the rear to match the ACS X5 wheel specifications.

You have to concider the recommended spacers too, and they actually decreases the offset of the bare rim ( as I understand it)
So:
For a 645i -
9.0J X 20.0" ET 15 Front with 7mm spacer = 8mm total offset
10.0J X 20.0" ET 13 Rear with 20mm spacer = -7mm total offset

For an X5 -
9.0J X 20.0" ET 35 Front with 7mm spacer = 28mm total offset
10.0J X 20.0" ET 23 Rear with 10mm spacer = 13mm total offset

If i skip the recommended 645 spacers i end up with:
Front 15mm offset (compared to rec. X5 total offset of 28)
Rear 13mm offset (compared to rec. X5 total offset of13)

So, rear is perfect, front will protrude 13 mm more than recommended.
Right ?
Or am I missing something??
Will 13 mm be to "fat" in front?
Or will it look strange compared to the rear?

compared to OEM 87's (9.5" and 10.5") i think it will be :
front: 23 mm more protrusion
rear: 10 mm more protrusion
Any 87 riders who can give me a hint if it is too wide ??
