WolfX5 is on a distinguished road
ddcha,

Your dealer is correct - the center bore diameter on the X5 is actually 72.56 commonly rounded up as 72.6. There are many websites (and many posts within this forum) which have misstated the center bore as being 74.1 - that is incorrect.

Most bizarre, you will find that many 20" replicas for the X5 state they have a center bore of 72.56 but actually are cut 74.1. You will then find your new replicas endlessly frustrating as you wobble down the road despite having well-balanced wheels. Furthermore, the person selling them too you won't have a clue on how to fix the problem because they still think the rims are bored properly at 72.56 and won't take the time to actually measure them before selling them to you. A quick order of 74.1 to 72.56 (aluminum) hub-centric rings from www.1010tires.com will solve virtually all of your wheel-wobble problems and then life is all good again.

Good luck!
