So since they "forgot" to put my lower grill on I have to take it back in but also today I noticed my passengers side mirror no longer fully goes back up when shifted back from reverse, is this a common issue?

Check the mirror adjust button on driver side armrest/door handle. The button must be left all tehway to the left (if I remember correctly) for the auto passenger adjust to work when reversing.

No it tilts down but goes halfway back up
