arm rest top storage bin use ?
One of the sections is U shaped and has a spring loaded button thing at the back of it. Anyone know what it is for ? No mention of it in the manuals. stu

I believe the U shaped channel and spring loaded button is for the old corded BMW phone. The channel is where the cord is stored.
