Id get a Peake for BMW http://www.peakeresearch.com/index.html
And for Generic use I'd recommend Autoxray. Autoxray has free software updates via the internet and for the money has some of the best features. It has live data, recording of data, and specific manufacture data for most domestic and Japanese makes, OBD ll and OBD l (if you buy the plugs). Under 300 at most places and they have good service for 5 years. My unit flipped out and when into “Demo” mode after an update and they corrected it is a day. |
