What year is your car? Any chance your battery is on the low side?

Its an '02 4.4i with 44K miles. God I hope its not on its way out. I just got it back from the body shop (hence why the window stopped working). They only worked on the side panels, so shouldnt be near anything fuel related. However I am sure disconnecting the battery had something to do with this.

If I just take it to the dealer and say "I dont know what happened?" it could be taken care of under waranty?

Read on another board where a low battery can cause something like this.
