Question Slight vibration and high pitched noise

Has anyone had a high pitch noise coming from the front end and a slight vibration in the steering wheel at 35 mph and above? My X5 has 75k and it just started this. I replaced the tires but the problem it is still there. I am thinking it is the CV joints. Seems to be a little worst when turning right at highway speeds. Anyone with any history. The X5 is a 2001.
