If you can remove the light assembly and remove the bulbs, pour some alchol inside and roll it around then pour out. Use some cotton balls on a stick or something similar and rub the inside to clean. Should work fine if its just dirty. Did this on my Porsche and it worked great but then again, the Porsche is much simpler to work on.
