How do I fix this?

As you can see the leather is really worn and starting to turn yellow. Any help/suggestions to fix this would be great!

Thanks!

If you bring it to an interior shop they can dye the leather for you. If you want to give it a shot yourself go and buy some shoe dye at your local drug store. It is in the shoe shine section. Try a small area to see if it works. If not bring it to the interior shop.

interesting... ill try it in our other car. All the while i thought there is no fix to cracked leather. That's why after having cracked leather seats and shiny leather seats in our other cars, I apply BMW leather lotion on my X evry 2 weeks to preserve the original look and smell

Have it the dye work done by a professional or you're going to be upset with the results!

Leather is very temperamental.
