It will work on that. That is the harness everyone has used (except Tom because he build his own) to power their retrofitted angel eyes whether they are CCFL's (what you posted above) or LED's (BMW SMD LED Angel Eye Halo Light Lamp Ring Kit White Headlight E53 x5 1999 2004 | eBay) or to power the rings on DEPO's.

yes to Cisc0 above, you can use that harness to do the "remote fade on/off" and "ignition on" operation for angel eye rings, post up some pics when you get them hooked up! Like cisc0 said, you can now get LED rings from Asia for about 58 bucks or so, if you notice in the ebay listings, the LED rings come with a relay harness already!

So for a few bucks more than buying CCFL rings and a relay harness separate, you can have LED rings which are a much better way to get angel eyes in our cars. I am getting a set in the coming months.

Also, if you are like me and don't want the rings illuminated all the time, you can use the relay harness and hook up to parking lights, to have factory parking light operation. If you want me to let you know how to do it let me know I'll find the thread!
