I just had the Body Kit installed a month ago and I needed to order the installation kit myself. I am reading that part number directly from my service invoice for the installation. There were only 2 of these rivets (51-71-8-219-511) in the kit, the rest of the kit included the the jig (01-29-0-402-662), and 25 other rivets (51-71-7-002-953) that hold the front of the flare which extends off of the running boards.

They must be pretty much universal items then as I have noticed through out many years working and modding on BMW's that, alot of parts are all interchangable....

Thank you for the additional responses. Let me tell you, this web forum is amazing! You guys have been one hell of a big help!!!
 When I decided to replace my damaged Bumper Support I thought it would be easy. I got the part and it did not come with any of the mounting hardware. The guy at the dealership, who is a helpful guy, had no idea of what I needed to mount the Bumper Support. The BMW parts schematic at the dealership did not list any of the requisit parts. The installation instructions that were posted showed some retaining clips needed for the back of the Bumper Support. They go onto the posts on the back of the Bumper Support that go through the bumper. As if this were a mystery, it was posted to order part number 51-11-7-073-157. The parts guy was quite interested to see what we would get. It showed a "mystery box" on the parts schematic on his computer. Turns out that this part number is for the metal retaining clips for the back of the Bumper Support. We thought the afore mentioned part number might be a complete installation kit (including all rivets) so I had not ordered the Blind Rivets part number 51-71-8-219-511. The "installation kit" was only the retaining clips. So I will need to get the Blind Rivets. I am hoping when I get those the head will not be too small. I have a strange feeling it will be but you guys have been 100% correct so far!! Once again... thanks!!!!!
