Yeah, def no room back there; I looked. I think the gas filler routes down to the tank though some of that area.

The amp will have plenty of air space to breathe just fine. It is not pushed up against anything nor is it mounted upside down. Amps are mounted this way all the time without any problems of overhearting.

Chusteveb is obsolutely right that there's no room behind that area since that is the rear wheel well!

I think the stock sub have a cut-out specifically for bulb changes, I believed.
