racelance: 4.6is? Nice choice. For the year you grabbed I think those are decent miles. Make sure you get carfax and have an independent mechanic check it out. Is it from a BMW dealership? If not, and you are serious about it, see if you can get the dealer to let you shoot it by a BMW authorized shop for an inspection (it can be done).
That 4.6 is gonna give you much grins, but the X can be 'temperamental'....
