does any know as i used to have a 5 series e39 and hella made a upgrade light for them

Unless you have a pair of 2000-2002 xenon headlights that you can open and modify yourself, you'd have to purchase from someone else who has already done this procedure on the 2000-2002 headlights. I'm sure Dave @ custom angel eyes would sell you a completed set of modified headlights for a price, otherwise buy a pair off ebay and do it yourself to save $$$ (instructions on the home page). Hope that answers your question.

no, not unless you upgrade your front end to the newer style which is $$$$.
