For US drivers, check out www.toptiergas.com

Personally, I use SuperUnleaded for both my BMWs because both are designed to use Premium Unleaded Fuel (91 Octane minimum for US)

I try to stick with Chevron, Unocal 76, and Shell.

Okay, I'm adding to this thread because I actually used Chevron for 3 tankfuls - now I know why people buy the usually more expensive Chevron - the first tankfull was around town and I noticed a quick response to the gas pedal - #2 took me from Idaho Falls to Laramie (western Rockies) and 20.2mpg - #3 took me from Laramie to eastern Colorado where I filled up on Shell, 22.7mpg - then the mixture of Chevron & Shell took me 540 miles to Kansas City, 22.6mpg - tomorrow I'm stopping at Autozone to see if I can find Techron additive since there are no Chevrons around here - will post further results after the next few tankfuls with additive

92 octane premium only...I paid $2.05 a gallon on Monday..I filled it up so high I thought my fuel gauge needle was stuck! It finally started going down yesterday though.

Probably that darned skinny pedal, I know that's what makes my fuel disappear...... but it's soooo fun!

I alway use 91 oct or above. Most times only can find 92 and was at $2.139 on Friday (19.555 gallons only cost $41.83).
