Thumbs up Red Caliper Mod

Done the red caliper thing last week so here are some pics. The weather has been terrible here the past few weeks, so excuse the quality and the dirty X!! As soon as I get a good day I'll post up some more.

Nicely done, Sudesh! Is it paint or new calipers? They look like OEM calipers in these pics.

Thanks!! I just painted the calipers with high temperature paint which worked out great as the finish is fantastic, plus when the piant dried the surface became really smooth and the brake dust and any road dirt just washes off realy easy.

Did you remove and disassemble the caliper then paint it or did you paint it as a whole unit?

Hi, No I didnt remove the calipers. just jacked up the X, took the wheels off and used a small paint brush to do the job. I also used an extra fine brush to paint hard to reach sections, and also to keep it all neat and tidy!!
