45 cm at my house up to now, -8 on the way to work, they are saying -11 tonight. Took the X5 out yesterday and to work today, but the 325xi did better so I used it most of the weekend.
ahh sorry that's what I meant! I know northern BC gets snow, but if I'm not mistaken Vancouver doesn't get much snow at all? It seems Vancouver has been experiencing a colder climate than Toronto, lately

God it looks cold up there. But nice pictures and beautiful house.

So my friends and I were talking about taking a ski trip up there sometime. I think the place we liked is called Whistler? Is that a good resort?

They stay all time, you can see them also in the san juan's islands.

1 foot of fresh snow also in blaine & ferndale yesterday

Whistler/Blackcomb is popular. Some have rated it as the top in North America, for quite a few years. Lots of runs, good variety. It is an hour and a half from Vancouver. The link below has a link to their web site.

The alternative is in the interior of BC, either in the Okanagan, or the Kootenay mountains. Both are a little harder to get to, but can have better powder as they are further away from the coast. Here is a directory: http://www.britishcolumbia.com/ski/

If you want to try inland, suggest you look at Red Mountain for something different, or Apex, Big White, or Silver Star. Having said that, a lot of people like Whistler.
