X5's first snow

I hope you'll enjoy few photos of an eagle that I took today in front of our house in Vancouver, BC.

Nice! I heard you guys on the coast got a big dump of snow. Looks like the wet heavy stuff.

Do the eagles stay for the winter or are they on their way south?

Yes, we got about 20-25 cm of snow, and it was wet yesterday, but today already started to freeze and temp. is expected to go -9 Celzius tonight. Regarding the birds, this is the first one that I have seen here, and we just moved from California in June, so I don't know much about them (I think that they stay for the winter).

Nothing wrong with it snowing in BC, but now it's snowing in Vancouver! I think it is just to make all the displaced Torontonians feel at home.

45 cm at my house up to now, -8 on the way to work, they are saying -11 tonight. Took the X5 out yesterday and to work today, but the 325xi did better so I used it most of the weekend.
