I took some of your advice by checking for the deers hair on my car and sure enough I found enough evidence In the last pic, Im not sure what part of the deer that is from...I thought maybe it was a tooth but doesn't feel like it...any experts out there?

glad to see you found follicles.
 i would not drive the vehicle in the rain or wash it... i would leave the hair on the vehicle and head straight to your insurance company or claims adjuster... the proof is in the hair.

That's a fairly nasty crease in your left front fender below the 4.8is logo. I'd would definitely insist on a new fender. The doors might be fixable depending on the depth of the dents which is hard to judge from the picture.
Force the insurance company to R/R as many of the parts as possible instead of fixing them with metal repair and bondo.

Ouch, I feel your pain.. I had a 635CSi, my daughter was driving it and hit a deer resulting in some front end damage. She later side swiped a mailbox and removed the passenger side mirror. I decided it was time to sell the car while there was something left of it.
