I didn't get quite the deal thebluedog did, but I bought my 01' 3.0 - (Sport, Prem, Cold, DSP) for $29k w/ 41k miles 2 years ago. It wasn't CPO, but it was in mint condition cosmetically and mechanically. I now have 80k miles and have no problems other than replacing window regulators and it still looks like new. It's an amazing vehicle and even though not as quick as the 4.4, still a blast to drive even 2 years into ownership.
