Question CPO X5 4.4 Nearing 50K Miles- Warranty?

Hi there. I think I've read most if not all of the threads here on Extended Warranties and Maintenance. I have a 2004 4.4 X5 that has 48,500 miles on it. I'm only interested in BMW Maintenance or Warranty extension.
Seems to me I have a few options here:
1. Buy the BMW Extended Maintenance to 100K from the stealer for $1395+tax and let the CPO cover major failures, minor non-CPO-covered things will be out of pocket but Inspections I & II and brakes, rotors, wipers etc will be free

2. Do #1 *and* buy some extended warranty on top of the CPO? Or is that overkill or is it even available? Again, I have no interest in 3rd party warranties at all....so does BMW offer anything to supplement the CPO warranty betrween 50K-100K miles?

Thanks and Happy New Year!
