clear turn signals

I have an 01' 3.0 with amber turn signals. I was wondering what the best way to make them clear would be, without replacing the whole headlight. Is there a clear or white lens I can buy to replace the amber?

There are silver bulbs on Bimmian.com, they blink amber but when off they give a clear appearance

I'm talking about the actual outer lens of the headlight is amber.

Correct, you can do that. I don't want that naked chrome look though, and I was just wondering where i could get the white lens.

I've never seen any.

It seems cars in OE stste either have the amber lens or so called white/clear lens as fitted to UK sport models. even these have a small part of amber to them and the only mod I have seeen is dismantle and dremmel the amber out but that leave a completely lens free indicator housing with the obvious exception being the outer glass/plastic lens which is part of the original housing. I decided to keep my sport lenses standard and live with the small amber bits as I am keen to maintain an OE look.
