hmmm...i was looking at Fast Eddie's posts, and many, well almost all of them, is him trying to sell things.

I has a similar problem with a member on bimmerfest, I paid for a set of tires and wheels and the guy completely avoide me for 10 days, I filed a claim with the IC3 and contacted his local police department, with 24 hours he responded and I had my money back in 3 days - sad that some people are like this

Thanks for the help. I can locate where he works and I have his full name(if its what his paypal email says) I will check with the Chicago area BMW dealerships because he said he worked at one of them.

I have already started process with my credit card company and they will remove the charges. That's why I use paypal with my credit card so that I can dispute with the credit card company and not pay pal. Paypal does not have a good resolution center.

Yes he lives in the Chicago area(so he says - (630) area code. He initially responded very promptly and shipped out the products very well packaged but just lied about the color of the trim and they were not MINT but in good condition.

Once I get his location of work I will send him an email to his paypal account or call and let him know that I will not have a problem letting his employers know about his actions.

The dollar amount isn't something I will pursue any farther than my credit card company but its just sad that people have to lie about something so little.

Thanks for all the support. I know we have a lot of "HONEST" people here and I am sure its a small percentage that gets scammed or lied to compared to the many good transactions that takes place here.

No replies to the instant messages and no return calls. Oh well.

I let the credit card people do the talking now. They will credit it back to me without a problem they said. I sent in the emails, paypal information and pictures of the items.

They are cool with it. They apologized I had a problem with a bad transaction.

I wish Eddie would be a man and just own up to his mistake. At least he had a chance with me to rectify the situation. I mean is $400 bucks worth the risk of someone potentially going nuts over it and hunting him down?

He is lucky I have more important things to do.
