We'll i tried that route, see the x5 was my FIRST CAR i purchased on my own after college, but i purchased from carmax. (note: don't think i'll be doing that again.)
We'll I got an extended warranty through them, I bought it with 27000 miles on it and now I have about 70000 and I bought it back in '05. I'm concerned that the extended warrantly may expire at 75k, I need to verify that though. SO because i wasn't as knowledgeable on how BMW works with warrantlys, if I would have known I would have driven to the BMW dealership and just bought a warranty from them. However since i'm over the 50K mileage they told me I can't purchase one from them.... hence my dilemma.
Also, i have Silverstar bulbs in my headlights, but they burn out about every 3 months. Any reasons why? Help!?!
