Here's a pic of my dash at a gas stop...it's from almost 3 years ago,
but we still do 500+ miles on a tank, on day long trips back to NJ/NY,
esp. if it's not real hot and the A/C isn't on all the time.

This is from our '01 3.0 gas motor with manual trans, so you know the cruising rpms at 75-80 mph,
are not conducive to really great mileage...but, 500 mile tanks are pretty frequent for us. Around
town, it's another deal.

I've only reset the "mpg" on the dash 'puter maybe 3 or 4 times in the car's 6 1/2 yr life and 64k
miles and it reads 20.1 at the moment, fwiw.
