I have 47k on my 03 4.6is... I don't notice any performance or handling loss at all.

I have a buddy with an 02 4.6is... he's got 106K miles! And it still feels the same as mine as far as performance goes.

Got a rattle in the brake handle but still an engaging grocery getter.

no probs at all....just maint. stuff.

39000miles on mine, my problems were due to modifications mainly.
