To figure it out how to make it look accurate took me a while, since I wanted to have a manufacture look, not dyi. I dissasambled my lights a few times before comming up with the right position of the lense.
It would be great if you could do a complete write-up to share with everyone.

I can probably do it for someone who really wants to have this retrofit on X5. But the parts must be supplied.
I will post more info later on this mod.

Have you seen the 2004/2005 X5 AE's (or any BMW OEM AE, for that matter)? They tend to have a yellow-ish hue to them, and are not even close to the white you get from the Xenon headlight lights

Thank you. Yes, I used OEM parts with fiber optic cables and halogen bulb. However I tried to use ultra-white LED bulb, they do not light the rings as bright as the stock bulb but they appear blueish and match xenon.

I've seen some pictures posted by other board members. Most kits use smaller rings on high beam which makes it look weird. Their rings look much better and the white color is what I want. The round rings on low beam are attractive too.

Anyone has purchased that kit from them before? How's the fitment? Is the installation hard?

They also have some front grilles and chrome gauge rings. I might be interested getting a deal from them for all these items if they have nice quality. Please share your experience with them. Thanks!

I just ordered the aluminium rings for my X5 from Bavarien Motorwerks and after reading the feedback comments on Ebay and corresponding with them on my order, these guys seem very professional and answer your queries/e-mails very promptly! On the Ebay feedback comments,I couldnt find any feedback on anyone buying X5 angel eyes, but there are very positive feedback comments on other Angel eyes installations on other Bmws!
I dont like to buy cheap stuff as it maybe turn out expensive in the long run ,but $135 for their Angel eyes is lot differente from the $900 being asked by others.Plus as you say, they look better than the "others."I am going to contact those guys who fitted the AEs on other Bmws and hopefully get more feedback!

NORDX5, Really nice done!! Like the size and OEM look on the rings.

How much did you pay for the OEM Angel Eyes?

I have removed the leans from my headlights 3 times already and one more time will not hurt and I like the look on the turn signal more than total clear.

When you changed to LED did you use LED with high MCD-value (>7000-10000 MCD)?

Well I priced mine out on daves site and it was well over $1k for everything. So I am gonna have to save up for this. I decided to just get the whole kit. When they come in I will just have the dealership swap them out. Then toss the stock ones on Ebay.
