You have to bake the it for 15-18 mins.

I say that looks FRICKEN AWESOME. A little ricey but awesome. You might be able to get away with it if you went with a little lighter blue, you know kind of make it look like a dimmed out xenon. Even if you couldn't use them on the road (check with the local po-po) you could always use them while in a parking lot.

Ground glow is illegal too but I see morons with that on. Not so much now as it is a little played out, like back in 93.

Maybe even a purple one wouldn't get you into so much trouble. As long as they don't think you are impersonating an officer you should be fine.

After you do it make sure you write a tutorial from start to finish with lots of pictures.
