United BMW in Atlanta. Not sure about the service advisors name. I checked in with one and checked out with another. Not sure why your dealer won't cover this under warranty if you are still under the original new car warranty. Is this still the new car warranty or CPO? I'm no expert on warranty coverage, but from what I've read, there are certain wear items that are not covered under either. Could be that I got lucky with a courtesy coverage given I've bought several cars from this dealer??
