My guess is that it should have something to do with the LPG configuration. Most likely switch between LPG and gas oil.

That's an interesting int/ext color combo. Is that a tan interior? I don't think the TiAg/Tan was available to us in the US.

Here are a few answers to questions:
The rotary knob is the Traffic master dial (not used it is a subscription service for road information)
Colour of interior is light pastel green leather, I think it is a fabulous combination.
The lpg gas fuel guage is the little square instrument to the bottom left of the steering wheel
Incidently , here in the UK I can get LPG for 36 pence per litre,
currently petrol is about 98p per litre. I get 16mpg on lpg.
This works out to about 40mpg if you compare with petrol.
Not bad eh!!!
And I am still keeping my badge on.
